It might be urgent to you but to the rest of the world, it is not urgent at all. Why are you not asking the people that make the chart control? They know about their product and that is what you pay them for when you bought the control.

A number of things:
1) Use proper capitalization if you want to be taken seriously. The same thing applies to TxtSpk such as "plz" or "pls" - it does not make you look like a professional.
2) The subject line should be a short description of your problem in ten or so words - not your entire question.
3) Don't stress the urgency - it is only urgent to you, and stressing that makes people think you have left it too late and want us to do it for you.
4) Try to explain what you have tried, and why it didn't work.
5) If you don't get a reply immediately, don't just post the same question again - all that does is annoy people and can slow or even prevent a response. Be aware that not everybody lives in your time zone, and that today is not a working day in most western countries. These things may slow a response.
6) If you are using a particular type of external control ("high charts" for example) the first place to start is with the supplier - they will know it better than we will. But if you get no response, then at least try to identify exactly what controls from which manufacturer you are using. We can't see your screen, or access your hard drive, or read your mind, so you need to give us all the relevant information!
