Website sub menu opening below the div element containing video iframe.

Dear All,

While designing the homepage I came across a very peculiar problem. My sub menus from the menu bar are opening well except in Internet Explorer 8. At an area where I have placed a div element containing an iframe running a video, the sub menu is opening behind the iframe. In chrome & mozilla it is working fine. Pl. help resolve the problem.

Solution 1

In IE8 specifically, the z-index doesn't work properly. You can check this link -
