Fine Uploader Issue in ie and safari

when i upload a file in Fine Uploader control in ie or safari it does not gets the file name and shows the file name is blob.

eg when i upload a file name 1.jpg in firefox it saves as 1.jpg but when i upload it by in ie it gets saves in blob.
