Alert Box in Asp.Net

I want to delete a row from the GridView Control. While Deleting, Alert Box displays Yes OR No button , If User Clicks No Nothing Should be happen the GridView is as it is. But If User Clicks Yes, Row Should be deleted and Below GridView Text Should be shown as "The Employee With ID=1001 Deleted".
