migration from vs2005 to vs2010

Hi all,

I've got one question...I've made a website using VS 2005 C#...if I want to migrate it to VS 2010, will there be a considerable change to make to the codes and asp pages?? Is VS 2010 backward compatible with VS 2005?

i found out that VS 2005 and 2010 can co exist in same OS...and VS2010 is very much backward compatible with VS 2005...
