Hi I wanna upload picture to my form and send it to my DB,I want user can upload several pictures and send it in same time to DB.This form have also Title and description ,Any body can tel me how can i make my form or show me some sample,

Seriously ?!? Have you even tried at all? There are many, many examples of FileUpload and multiple FileUpload. Please try something before posting here.
