Hello everybody...
I want some help. I am designing a mp3 player software where I want to draw the visualize wave form of mp3 files. But I don't know how to draw wave form of a mp3 file. So please help me to create the wave form of a mp3 file.

What computer language are you using to do this with - c?

You're looking at getting at the graph's buffers and doing fft on the values.

Although the samples below do not display a sine wave per say - it would not be too difficult to render it from the data points. Check these samples out:

Play Wave file with DirectSound and display its spectrum in real time[^]

No no...I don't want to convert mp3 files to wav file. I want to show the visualize graphical waveform of a mp3 file.
