I don't think anyone has any idea what you're asking about. You give no context information and no information on what a "rate cart" is and what you mean by "applying an Excel sheet".

sorry for that ..
i have to apply excel sheet data dynamically to my project ..that user can create whenever he wants to update it and will apply to the project on click of apply button...

Congratulations! You just repeated what you posted again with abolsutley no detail about what you mean by "apply"!

What exactly does "apply" mean?? Exactly what process do you go through to "apply" the data in an Excel sheet to the data in your application??

have you completed your project? You want to add excel sheet to your project where your app reads excel sheet for specific business logic. isn't it?
