Can i get a freeware open source MLM software code ...or parts of its code so that one could get some knowledge.

It should be in ASP.net C# preffered

I got a project in MLM matrix plan,carrier plan,binary plan
I decided to develop that project in asp.net and c# and sql server 2008
In this plan they have three legs.
In every leg, if 1:1:1 ratio exist, then they will get paid.

Please tell me, how calculate the ratio.
I don't need code.

I need only the logic behind this process.
Any link or documentation will be helpful.
please suggest.
