how to dynamically change BalloonPopupControlD in asp.net

Hi Experts
I am facing a problem .I am using a text box on which i applied Balloon Popup of ajax. I have a drop down list above this text box which have two value like A and B. now my problem is that if I select A in drop down then Balloon Popup text Should be "pls give all details of A" else if Select B in drop down then Balloon Popup text Should be "Provide data of B". How can i change this.
