I think not, but why ask us? Ask Xamarin!

What is it that you think needs clarification? If you need to know more about Xamarin then maybe you should be asking them about it.

What is the difference between the Trial and Starter?
When you begin a Xamarin Trial, you get access to the full Xamarin Enterprise feature set, including the ability to run your app on actual device hardware, for 30 days. Apps built in trial mode can only be run within a 24 hour window after they are built, and bear a splash screen that indicates they were built using the Trial SDK. The Xamarin Trial is licensed for evaluation purposes only.

You'll want to contact them directly to clarify any questions.

Nice! You are about to download Xamarin Starter edition so you can develop cross-platform apps in C#. You can start a 30-day trial of Business edition at any time.

Depends on your experience. Still I would suggest you to read the discussions and reviews on the product in forums.
