JavaScript Not Working in master Page

Hi All,
I am open Windows pop from master page its not working but if i using this code aspx page its working properly,please help me what i missing

Make Sure In ur Master Page u having this <asp:toolkitscriptmanager id="ToolkitScriptManager1" runat="server" />
