I want to know if its possible using C#,WPF.Suppose I have uploaded a video file, I want to a capture video frame, give user a tool to extract its image like lasso tool,then make a random transformation to image by changing its coordinates and lastly save it in another video format like mpeg.

Any help will be duly appreciated.

You need to show where in your code you are doing this and what problems you are having.

Hi Richard, Thanks for ur interest, I am proceeding with Mesh Algorithm to change the coordinates of a selected image.But not sure how to save the image in a video format.
