AFAIK, there is nothing built in to SQL to do this: striung handling is not it's forte.
While you can do it, (this deals with Capitalising Each Word:

^] and it wouldn;t be hard to modify to exactly your requirement).
It would be a lot of effort in SQL and probably exactly the wrong place to do it - this is a data-entry and / or presentation conversion, and would probably be best done at that time. And a whole lot easier as well!
