why the hell do you want to go backwards from 2005 --> 2003? also, to generate the exe, you would hae to rebuild the project after conversion.

Hi What is the reason you want to convert back your vs.net 2003 to vs.net 2005 , No need as .Net 2005 support backward compatibility, you can open vs.net 2003 project in vs.net 2005

If you still want to convert then follow below steps
Open new empty project in vs.net 2003 and then add the vs.net 2005 files to vs.net 2003 build it and if any build errors fix it

Once you converted then build it with no errors to get the exe
