I have a Samsung with bada, I didn't find that in the list.
(I'm not staus symbol mad, it is a contract cellphone from the provider.)
My kids set it up for me, I felt like some granny unable to use technology. But now I use it for facebook and all kinds of clever little applications - I refuse to says apps. The kids say I need Android but bada is fine so far. You can even telephone with it.

I know the results are still pretty new, but, I have to say that seeing so many 'None' entries is a bit surprising.
I would love to have seen the results a few years ago for comparison. It wasn't so very long ago I was on a Blackberry, and a PageNet before that.

I'm surprised at all the "no phone" votes too. How do those people talk to others too far away to hear the sound of their voice?

There seems to be a lack of options. There should perhaps be a basic cell phone option.

there should be two more categories.
I don't use a cell phone.
and
I have a cell phone but its not a smart phone

That would fall under "Other"

I think, many people that use simple cell phone select "None" option.
I did this way...
Cause this question looks like a question about smartphones. So options are confusing here.

I'm one of the 'none' voters. Of course, I have a cell phone (a dumb one). But it's a prepaid phone, and I hardly ever use it (only in real emergencies). If people are too far away to talk to one-on-one, I walk up to them (at work), I send an e-mail, or as a last resort I use a fixed line telephone. I don't like phone's, and prefer to look at people when I talk to them.

voted none. My phone makes voice calls and texts; it was clear from the other answers that ability to make voice calls or text wasn't what the question was about.
