Uh oh! In my enthusiasm, I must say that I ignored this slight difficulty. I mean I didn't remember that you are at the bottom of the earth, while I am somewhere in the upper middle. The day won't be far when I wake up in New York, have breakfast in London, code from Trivandrum, lunch from Singapore, take an afternoon nap in Sydney, have tea with Colin and family in NZ, go for a swim in Hawaii, have dinner from Canada with David C, just outside the CP server, and go to sleep in a luxury boat in the persian gulf.

I count myself very lucky to live somewhere that I have a bike track just around the corner from home that ends within metres of my office. I bet not many people have it that easy - riding in is a breeze, and the only exercise I get.

Then again, if you live in Canada, or northern US, you could have meant ice skates..
Interestingly, I onced lived in New Hampshire (northern USA), where I witnessed somebody cross-country skiing down a road after a heavy snowfall... I think skiiing should have been an option in this poll. 
No generalization is 100% true.
