I'm not suggesting the other ways of letting off steam don't help, they do. But I find pursuit a very pleasant way of relaxing. Not that I ever catch anything. But trolling is a pleasant pastime.

Yeah its true but we have to amke sure that we dont let too much of steam.
Sometimes we may get exhausted......
So i prefer watching instead of pursuing......

Even though I voted Mountain biking, caving is another one of my interests. The caves in CT, USA are nothing more than simple shafts that barely leave enough room to turn around in to get back to the surface and usually are not very long.
I was in one last month that we were actually able to stand up in - that's big news in CT! The state forrestry service doesn't acknowledge caves in CT. They refuse to admit they exist.
Thankfully there are caves (and forrestry services) in other states that are quite large.

I didn't think there were any small caves in the USA.
I'm used to crawling down small limestone caves etched by streams. I met a Californian guy that was over for a year studying, and he said he went caving in his Jeep! Now that's just not caveing.

To a pessimist the glass is half empty.
To a programmer the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

football usually means football, but in America it means American football, in Australia it means Australian football in Ireland ... etc.
Wonder which one he had in mind?

I have got 5-6 years of Judo on my C.V. Never got past the brown belt though...
Then college came and I didn't really bring up the effort anymore...
Yeah Chris, take that class. I would love to see your C#-ass getting kicked!
Take care,

Sometimes I practice Tai CHi......
It's good for health, and via properly handling the "Chi",
you can make your strength becoming very great. And it's also a sort of traditional Chinese kong-fu, so of course you may study Tai Chi for self defence!

Gosh, why ask Chris ?
If its free for a month go for it !
In a month you should know if you wanna continue with it or not.
Unsure what you do at the gym, but its great for general health and mind to do mutiple disciplines.
