most people telling me what to do have no idea what they are doing, so why should I be differn't. I agree that a fast computer and seat with a good view is important.

...of the company is #1 for me. Maybe for some people a salary is enough, but I have found out that for me it is not.

That I can't answer... but they are different from the Messenger service, which can pop up annoying message boxes on your screen if spammers get your IP address..

I have found that company vision and good salaries are mutually exclusive.
I worked for IBM - they pretty much define "vision" though they have trouble following through. The pay sucked.
And I've worked for mid-sized completely visionless companies who have paid gobs for me to not give a sh*t.
It's a truly odd world.
