Next time when you run you increment the inserted id value by 1. It wont make duplicate.
Thomas ktg

At first time when you execute the value will either be null or empty then you assign the default value to the insertedid. Next time it will get the last inserted id and you can increment with 1.

Check your query whether it gives the desired output and then include the row no.

You have given the forloop only to save images. In addition to that you must also take all the image's names to store in the database from the httpFileCollection. But I dont think you are taking it and storing in database. Only one file name is stored once forloop is complicated. You check with the httpFileCollection and add the names in order to store one by one. I hope i make clear to you.

If you still get this error then i would recommend you to install the driver available for this and check it again. If your OS is 64 bit the link to download the driver is here
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13255
and follow this link
http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/sqlserver/en-US/33436d82-085c-43e4-b991-a2d0d701c8fc/linking-to-csv-files-on-64-bit-sql-server
It could be little tedious to make the workaround but it will be more helpful.

Is there any specific reason why you have to give ' delimiter ? If you are generating the file names it is better to provide underscore (_) as element delimiter. It is the best standard for naming files. This might be better to avoid such errors while uploading.

Have you checked the status of checked box in the client side for the gridview? Is that showing the correct results in client side? If this is working fine in the client side it should work in the serverside also.

Try this. But this is not the exact solution you are expecting to do. You can modify this as your needs.
private void checkedListBox1_ItemCheck(object sender, ItemCheckEventArgs e)
{
List<string> collectionsValue = new List<string>();
collectionsValue.Add("10202");
collectionsValue.Add("Thomas");
collectionsValue.Add("A");
collectionsValue.Add("India");
List<string> collectionsItems = new List<string>();
collectionsItems.Add("Serial No");
collectionsItems.Add("First Name");
collectionsItems.Add("Second Name");
collectionsItems.Add("Address");
if (e.NewValue == CheckState.Checked)
{
checkedListBox1.Items[e.Index] = collectionsValue[e.Index];
}
else
{
checkedListBox1.Items[e.Index] = collectionsItems[e.Index];
}
}
