@Syed Asif thanks for your kind help , but i want to delete a specific file from recycle bin , not to empty whole recycle bin .
or is there any way we can delete the file from system using c# (like we delete Shift+Del button so that it can be removed solely from the system)

All it needs to add an app.manifest file and change the requestExecution level to asInvoker
and use that app.manifest as the manifest of the project

The thing is that if i give @"\\192.168.0.1\\public\\Akmal\\IBTalk_Screenshare.exe"; in windows xp it runs the exe
should i have to change the Installation URL in the publish tab
My Publish Location is \\192.168.0.1\PUBLiC\Akmal\ProcessEnd\
and my Installation URL is \\192.168.0.1\PUBLiC\Akmal\ProcessEnd\
