In offer method I call insert method and add a node to the tree but the problem is I couldnt find a correct algorithm to implement it as complete binary tree. It is just like binary tree not complete binary Mr. Sergey. Thank you

Yes you are right Mr. Sergey. I agree. But we write the points to file.obj . I though we could obey the obj file format while writing the points in file with some calculation or something else. :)

inside of .obj file is defferent from the file that I keep points from kinect. I just have vertices but I need to convert them to face also. Here is detailed explanation of face and vertice. http://www.mathsisfun.com/geometry/vertices-faces-edges.html

Yes I checked it very well. all points that I took from kinect are just v points. There must be f(face) also. I need a code to take points and arange them according to obj file. But I cant find it. Thanks for caring

my interface expects obj file. I dont have any tools to show those thousands points that I took from kinect in interface.
