Are you asking how to print the values of EMS.MonthlySalary and EHS.HourlySalary to the console window??

What format is the Date in? I had this problem not so long ago, and when I changed my regional settings on my machine from USA to UK, everything was fine.

I am not entirely sure mate, because the data you want is in a hidden column.

Im not giving up yet...lol.
Ok so the GUID of that row, needs to be assigned to the GUID variable, and then passed into the constructor.
GUID = selectedRow.GUID; or something along those lines

Can you put a breakpoint on this line and check that GUID has a value here
EditRecord editRecord = new EditRecord(GUID);
Im sure GUID has no value when its passed in. You would need to assign it to the GUID of the row that is clicked

So when the editRecord form opens, the GUID there has a value yeah?

I don't think GUID has a value, does it? It does look like its not initialised. Im not sure how it gets its value, but it should be initialised like this
Guid GUID = new Guid(***Value Added Here***)
As I said I'm not familiar with Guid and I have always used int's as Id's.

I'm not sure of a solution but I know that the myform_KeyPress event will only happen when the actual form has focus, and not if a control has focus.

Web Development is not my area I'm afraid.
I wish you luck getting help though.

Yes, that is what I would do (although I am no expert). Have you tried that?

OK looking at your editRecord form, if want the data loaded with the form, you should put your query under initComponents() in your constructor. When is EditRecord_Selected called??

Ok I see that Guid is a structure, and I dont know anything about it. I am starting my career as a developer myself. I have used a similar structure to yours in a previous project.
What are you trying to do? Just display information from the Id passed in yeah?

So you have created a class called Guid, and in FillByGuid you are passing in a Guid object.
I presume you have a string or an int in that class that holds the ID, so I would think you need to pass that into your query rather than the object. for example GUID.Id

No problem at all. This will work from parent to child but to pass data back and forth you should read OriginalGriff's articles in the solution below. They are easy to follow and very well explained.
Take care.

Sounds like you don't have the reference. Are you using Visual Studio?
Check if you have this reference at the top of main.
using System.Windows.Forms;

No. The call to the Delete function, when the button is clicked, will display the message. But only if a Person has been deleted from the database.
So you could add an else statement also to give information to the user. Check the edited solution above.
