Look at the correct answer.
XmlDocument doc = new XmlDocument();
doc.Load("d:\\test\\book.xml");
XmlElement elmRoot = doc.DocumentElement;
foreach (XmlNode n in doc.DocumentElement)
{
XmlElement newtitle = doc.CreateElement("EName");
newtitle.InnerText = "SomeText";
n.AppendChild(newtitle);
}
doc.Save("d:\\book.xml");

No use of link you post.
If have used XmlNode.AppendChild(), it appends the node only to last employee node and not to both employee. That is the only problem.

suppose i write 10 or 20 Console.WriteLine("test") after new System.Threading.Timer(TimerDelegate, null, 0, 2000); and comment Sleep(1000). TimerTask() might be called since here i have given main thread change to be alive. Right?

System.Threading.Timer(TimerDelegate, null, 0, 2000); Here the 3rd argument is duetime which is set to 0, the thread should start immediately. Right?
