Thanks, it will not resolve my issue, i already saw that one. anyway my issue is resolved now.

just i went to application pool-> select your application->RC-Advance settings->Enable 32-bit Applications and chnaged to "true" from "false"

Thanks Laxmikant, i all-ready added the service reference to the client application but i am unable the post the emp id to service.
