I solve both of them
generate scrip have an option for generate script for sqlserver 2012
and I create Script from users and restore ... :)

So if i delete this line its ok ??
and how about :
CREATE USER [WebServiceAcc] FOR LOGIN [WebServiceAcc] WITH DEFAULT_SCHEMA=[WebService]

HIin post I saw I dont want Script From database !
Because the size of Script go over 2GB ! and I cant open it

I use sqlite library in my app . when I change .net target occur an Error it means :
sqlite need .net 4+ !
so How I can use sqlite in any version of windows ?
