Yes u r ryt but how to identify which is the first user..if multiple request comes at a time..simultaneously.

I don’t need to check and hit the database multiple times..suppose there are 1000 users at a time..one first user should get booked..and other should block..how to identify that if sending request simultaneously.

Yes I know abt SQL injection.But if the project is old one.sometimes in old project they might have use this everywhere.so i have provided this solution.
But paramterized you can use.Its better way.you have to change it in eveywhere where u have used sql queries.
And the another thing i have just provided the root cause of the issue.

I have commented there ..you can use it in ur own way.I think the person added the query might have got it..
If you are new to c# development.
Please see the below corrected code:
_list = new List<string>();
This is you have to create instance at the time when u need it.
and globally you can declare like this:
static List<string> _list;
And one thing,this is just one way.you can use it any other way as in MVC we can use in our Business Layer or Action Method also.
