My system formate is dd-MMM-yy.

on my and your code it get all time "dd-mm-yy" like this 12/05/2017.

if i will change formate on my system then also it gives same formate "dd-mm-yy" at all time.

ya i know, i can fetch data from database on c# DataTable,now this tatatable value are save on pdf formate.
mean i have to create pdf file of that data.

My Requirement is,

i have to do this because it saves on server PC.Other PC which are connected with server PC by LAN.

the client should be fill the form on local PC and when click on save at that time generate the excel sheet of this form and this excel sheet save on server PC.

Ya it will be bind on !ispostback....,Actually the ckeckbox data are bind by repeater data control.and now i have to get a checkbox checked value.that will be insert on other table of database.

The data on repeater getting was correct.but when i want to checked the check event of checkbox and try to get value of checkbox the event can't exicuted.the control can't goes on checkbox checked event.
