Yae.. but in this example the datasource and all should give manually, but in my case table names and all these things are reading dynamically. So is there is any other way rather than this?

Here object reference is showing as NULL in Temp variable which is a datatable.
I tried it pulling into a grid and values are populating properly there. So where is NULL?

Yea i put a space between = and new. Also con is initialized just befor the SQLBulkCopy

How the temp can be initialized?? Its already has some table values and when i bind it to a grid, i can see the values.

temp is having values and con is my connection string. Everything is perfect still error.

Actually its is not a windows form application, its a web application. And my grid is not directly populating from a any data sources. Some data are taking from one of my end table and it does some manipulations on it and then some data is generating in the Grid. So data type is like we can consider it as a String for all fields.

Actually this day1,day2,day3...day3 columns names are not constant. Its different for every month like 1/02/2018(monday), 2/02/2018(Tuesday)...etc...
So these values will automatically popup in my grid views as per my code. I just wanted to create a table with this columns(columns of my Grid view). So i dont just want to create a table dynamically, i want to create a table dynamically with fields taken from my Grid view.
