So the problem was that the list was a template class. I read that i have to define the functions in the header file, so i did. But it still gives me the error.

Yes but the problem is it errors out at the from terminal_module.output thingy and if i simply go into the output.py and comment out the importing of the TTS, it works

I tried something new with the link you posted.
This is the code now (for testing):
from transformers import PegasusForConditionalGeneration, PegasusTokenizer
import torch
But when I run it in my anaconda environment it says
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "text_paraphraser.py", line 20, in <module>
from transformers import PegasusForConditionalGeneration, PegasusTokenizer
ImportError: cannot import name 'PegasusForConditionalGeneration' from 'transformers' (E:\Programming\envs\ANNA\lib\site-packages\transformers\__init__.py)

Okay actually small problem, the using blocks causes the Program.cs to throw an ArgumentException 'Parameter is not valid.'
