Just as a test I tried doing this manually using IE, Go to http://www.hugetiger.com/ElectOrendt2002/QuizActive.htm
Answer the quiz questions, press "Score it"
The resultant mapped image appears. The various links appear on Mouse Over, good. Then using IE, File, Send, page by email.
Email sent, and received via MS Outlook and as you predicted the resultant mapped image is no longer mapped. So you may need to try a different approach.

If possible, try to run the server on a 32 bit machine, then test the client on both 32 and 64 bit other machines. Let us know the results.

First, ask yourself, which methods of class ThreadLocal do you need? How hard will it be to implement them? Or describe why and what for you need class ThreadLocal, then we can give more detailed advice.

Why do you have to use excel? With that much data, I'd recommend a database to hold the data and a gridview to display.

Cool, I never knew that report existed. In case where you want column names on side see http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/19313/Displaying-Vertical-Rows-in-DataGrid-View Are you building an aspx project or a windows app? How many tables does usp_GetOwnerDetail return? For each table how many columns and how many rows? You need all this info to design a nice layout. Do the number of tables, rows, columns vary? regarding the collapsed feature, those are just buttons. Buttons have a click event. In the ButtonClickHandler you would adjust the Visible property of the corresponding DataGridView and also change the text or image of the button.

In class Logging override
public virtual void WriteLog(String plog)
to do database insert.
Test that insert code works on both WebApplication and website.
Also, verify that debug mode is used in both WebApplication and website.
class Logging does not output messages in Release mode. However, you can comment out StopLogging(); statement towards the bottom of method StartLogging()
