as the columns [i.e. green boxes] are dynamic, by default it only has 3 column but user can select upto 4,5,6 or 7 and based upon user selection outercontainer, container width is expanded, but the width of the layout [i.e. body and all parent tag of outercontainer remains same width wise] is same.
