Your question isn't so "simple". You never said what you want as an answer. It's so vague it could be anything from a question about a problem you never said anything about, up to someone taking hours to write up an entire tutorial, walking you through the entire development process, which is never going to happen.

So what's the real question? Just posting "I want to do this" isn't a question.

Maybe, but I'm not watching the video to find out. For the sake of my sanity, I don't want to see the "quality" of the code in person.

Why .NET 7? It was end-of-life'd back on May 14th this year.

The odd-numbered versions have a shorter lifespan than the even numbered versions. Even versions are the Long Term Support (LTS) versions.

Support for .NET 8 continues to November 10th, 2026, so it would be better if you went that route.
