you can add new input using javascript then you can save your form to do that you have to give input the same name and when you post your form read your value as array

are u using wcf service in your project ?

sometime this error accrued from enum lets say you are using gender enum contain 2 values 0 female and 1 male if you try to create new variable from this enum its value equal to 3 lets say you well get this exception also in case of wcf service if your calss dosn't contain default constructor .

you will insert row by row as i can see
here dbu.insertRow("Asset_Flow_History", cols3, vals3);

you can add try catch block here and catch the exception then rollback the transaction and inform user

also you can validate your data before insert it to database maybe this will be another solution

if you are redirect to another page you can add your script on page load event or if in the same page you can add script on the same page page_load event after check if form was submit
