It is not limited that i will be building it for my procurement application. It can be anything sort of which saves time or avoids routine work for other programmers.

Thanks for the reply. Displaying the results on the page is not a problem. How do i pick only the changed records from the database? Do i define triggers?

I just though of an hazy idea that i would write update triggers on the tables when update or insert happens. I know this is stupid but still planning out.
