Normally one would use QueryString to pass value to other pages. You also have other option where you can pass value through context object (or session object). Other option include posting the form to another page instead of Postback.

Using Symbol.Sensor would be your best way. Have you tried coding with it already? If yes show us the code.

Show us the code where you bind or assign the datatable to your datagrid

You should try doing it first instead of immediately asking a question on how. A good place to start is too look on CodeProject calculator example and converting it to we application.

What happen at the function SetUpMap()? I think what happen at that function will determine the problem. I have replicated your code and I can unlock the chest.

I would think this can be achieved easily using WPF if you have the choice. I'm not that well versed in WPF so I cant really provide more help but it is something you can look into.

Stop as in stop the actual service or just make the service run but not actually do anything? To stop service from running, you have to stop the actual service itself.

This should be pretty straightforward. What have you tried so far?

If you have to do it in two query, why don't you just create your own datatable/dataset and just insert the required data into it?

It's kinda hard to understand but I assume you want the report be visible when you click a button? Then try this. Make the page do postback upon clicking button and handle the report visible setting at page load event.

What I can infer from your code and explanation, you're using MySQL .Net connector connecting to MySQL database right?
If you Grid is displaying data properly from DataSet then there is no problem with DataSource.
Use the typed dataset to design report. Go to Field Explorer > Add/Remove DataSet > ADO.NET (XML) browse to your dataset file and finish. Now all the tables that you created in typed dataset will be visible in report, now design report using them.
Make sure the dataset you are setting to the datasouce has the same dataset name as the name of your typed dataset and also the same structure.
If that still doesnt make it work then post more of your code. Maybe we can find something from there.

You should post the current code for us to see. What you could try is using the comport event instead. Instead of keep pooling the comport for data, why don't just subscribe to the comport data received event? Try and see if it changes anything.

My guess is once the device established connection (you previewing the picture), it will not accept another connection asking for the same thing. In other words no sharing.

Switch to MySQL to achieve what you want easier. If you have to use MS-Access, you still can do it but you may encounter problems (the MS-Access file will be in shared folders).

You may only be missing the dll necessary to generate the report. Install the redistributable and try again.

I don't get the downvote. If there is something wrong, it should be stated/discussed so I/we can do better.

I think you are assigning the datasource to the wrong LookUpEdit. I assume you have the same LookUpEdit in each row of the Datagrid, right?
If that is so then you will need to find the correct LookUpEdit control to assign to since all those LookUpEdit in the rows are an instance of whatever LookUpEdit you've declared.

I agree with this. It is most probably another query with parameter. Look carefully in the list of tables.

I think Process.Start does open url in your default browser. If it open in IE then IE is your default browser. You have to change it manually.
If you want to control which browser it will use then that will require different solution.

I don't know what error or problem you are having but first get the free Crystal Reports downloadable from SAP at http://www.businessobjects.com/jump/xi/crvs2010/default.asp

From the code I think it is as simple as not including the rows which is empty to the your string collection.
In the first code snippet, you can add a checking validation section where you can check/validate the datatable's columns to make sure they are not empty. If they are not valid or empty then just skip it and proceed to next row (use "exit for"). SO when you pass the stringcollection to the next function, it will not include the empty/invalid rows.
