You can either popup another page and pass your item id via URL request string and fetch it on other page. you can also use JQuery Popup, like Lightbox to achieve this...

I have analyze your form, and it is centered, but the Label you use for like "Your Name", "Location", you have set your label a width (198px) which you need to minimize.
You can also use
text-align: center;
in your CSS file for the form.

You have to create a Event by clicking your timer property and set a Tick event. Now you can put your code or call your constructor in this method timer1_Tick(...)
