Ok, So its better to use pgAdmin 4 to use with PostgreSQL 10 or above. But in my case pgAdmin is not working properly. Among the listed other client application , Can you suggest anyone which you used without any such configuration issues. Thanks again !

Thanks for the response ! pgAdmin was working fine some time back and I had fine experience with it When i opened today it did not launch, Is there any way to fix this ? I read few posts stating pgAdmin3 is better.

In that case is it possible to shift to pgadmin 3 keeping PostgreSQL(v 10) data without any impact.
