i also want to user to modify the date.
means he can edit event is to be implemented for the date in grid view

rod kemp you r write its working but at time of retrival i want to retrive time and show in grid directly so at that time how can i use hour and minute property.

its working but if i want not to put current date in date portion i want to keep date portion as null. then is there any facility for that.
