It's better you check which OS he is using like windows XP, 2008 and it's 32bit OS or 64bit OS.
Also which chrome version he is using 38 / 39. Also, check the same info of your system also, then compare the same, this will give you a clear picture to troubleshoot the issue.

Maciej Los, it's a Microsoft build and deployment setup installar, actually problem is i have to install a build on 40 servers which is in form of MSI, When i start the deployment of that build, it asks me to enter some parameters like DBSErverName, ClientName, PortName etc..Manually i can enter the details but i want to do it automatically using WMI and C#, if you have any idea about this, please let me know.
