Thanks Rajesh but there is problem:
This works only if exe is run. But when I try with following steps:
run exe-->open any form click on close all
then all the processes are not closed. This means that in Exit() he forms are not getting closed. How to know in Exit() that how many forms of MY APPLICATION are still running?

I used somewhat similar code. But there are few lines in this code that I didnot have in my code. I will add them in my application and check the results. Thanks!!

even i set their state as enabled/disabled but they look like enabled, instead they should be grey in color.
