Sorrow!! But I did not create the tag "Design" under which I asked this problem.
1.There should be some option to upload picture.
2.Or using using Html may be it is possible to show drawing here(may not be).
3. One can explain simply what to do, how to draw, means what symbols & what lines.
lines are going from where to where like this.

I know what an activity diagram is.
I have also searched a lot on Google but could not find the solution for above situation.
Your answer is not appreciable.
If I would have to answer any question in this way, I can answer each & every question asked on this website.

Thanks for Help but actually I need all columns from first table which of course should not be repeated because of primary key.
Above query duplicates result.
and since username(s) will be selected by user from list-box it will lead to large query
one line for each username] I need some efficient way.
I have improved the question, please help.
