The problem is not ActiveXperts, the problem is locking simcard after the first sms. If I use AT Command it has also the same problem.

The code that changes the values and saves (in my question) is in the class library. It's already trying to change the setting from the class library.

thank you but 1. I didn't asked about wcf i said "web service" i now wcf is for web service too but my question is more general and i don't want to use wcf because i don't know it. 2. my questions are distinguished and i need their answers here, not a link to an artcile that doesn't contain my answers.

If you want to know the meaning of my doesn't work, ok: In my application, when UserName (A property) is changed, therefore the value of TextEdit changes too. Ok? ... But the value of the textbox of my usercontrol doesn't change. If you see the code, I explained well and both of TextEdit and MyUserControl are the same binding.

INotifyPropertyChange is for my Application and I used it to fire when UserName changes and it's not in my user Control.
Ok Thanks

and when I change my property to: "get { return (String)this.GetValue(DP); }
set { this.SetValue(DP, value); }"
Then how the user control understands that it should change MyTextBox.Text?!

Ok, but it still doesn't work. I mean when I change UserName (I implemented INotifyProrertyChanged) the text of TextEdit changes but the text of mycontrol doesn't change. and it is 2 way binding

unfortunatly this doesn't work too
I mean: "get { return (String)this.GetValue(DP); }
set { this.SetValue(DP, value); }" doesn't execute at all.

You can also use DataSet . DataSet is a good aproach for "Fat-Client" developing. But if you want to develop "Fat-Server" (I like this more :D ) you can use Stored Procedure.
