To show scroll html control should have fixed height and width. You should give fixed height and width to fieldset.

Have get value in obj.ProductId = Convert.ToInt32(lblProductId);
Is "Procedure SP_SelectCatgory has no parameters and arguments were supplied." this your actual error?

Remove nullable and give default value as current datetime. Check mapping in entity. In db uploadedDate column not found. May be colums mismatched with database. Otherwise code does not have any issue.

private static readonly IEnumerable<string> Delimiters = new[] { ">=", "<=", "!=", ">", "<", "=" };
public static string GetVariable(string expression)
{
if (Delimiters.Any(expression.Contains))
{
var delimiter = Delimiters.Where(expression.Contains).First();
return expression.Split(new[] { delimiter }, StringSplitOptions.RemoveEmptyEntries).First();
}
return null;
}
this will always return you value before operators.

See when user not attempted question there is no entry in database when he answered question then we will get record against that questionID. It means when I click on answered question then send that questionid to db and fetch answer and bind it to radiobuttonlist.
ds=GetAnswers(UserID,QuestionID,ExamID);
rbl.DataSource = ds.tables[0];
rbl.DataTextField = "OptionName";
rbl.DataValueField = "QOptionID";
rbl.DataBind();
