Finally i find the issue and cleared it. The issue is i'm not remove the codes of COD Shipment details in the function SetShipmentDetails.

In Fedex web service they get the decimal value only. So i can't assign the float.

Error: Schema validation failed to request.
This is the error response which i get from the Fedex rate service. I did't get any error in the visual studio.

Sorry for the late reply.
I tried to add web reference. But its not work. Finally i add the web service
by using add service reference --> advanced --> add web reference.

Thanks for your solution.
I have some basic knowledge in asp.net webservices. But here my problem is, I get only WSDL file from the Fedex webservice. They are not providing any .asmx file. So i don't know how to invoke the WSDL file which is provided by Fedex. Can you provide any codes or articles to integrate the Fedex webservices
