I have the same question. How does it work? What did you do please?

Thanks for suggestion.
Actually, I think it's not a good idea, since if some transactions are being done on the database, some inconsistencies may occur in the backup, thus I have to take the DB offline, back it up and then start it. This seems not promising.

I saw it. Actually I didn't get their point. The used function is a pseudo code and I have no background about using it and if it may work.

Using this way I need to add the stored procedure everytime an operation is done to the table. Thus again I need to find all those places where the modification occurs in my code which is unfeasible action. I need the checking to be done on the table level

check constraint doesn't work because it's restricted to one table only, my issue needs multiple tables

Thanks, this is what I have done.
But I would like to ask about two issues please...
The first
the detach function to detach the handler, is it necessary to be used at the end of the procedure? and what if I dont use it? I read the Oracle documentation but I didnt get their point, they say it doesn't teerminate the job but indicates that the user is not interested in it, an when I use detach at the end of my procedure the exported .dmp file disappears.
The second
to perform a user (client side) triggered back up as the modification are only to the data, I used TABLE parameter for the export operation. But the version parameter... what should it be? I also read the documentation but couldn't determine what I need (LATEST or COMPATIBLE) ?
Thanks

Thanks for help ...
But actually, that doesn't work.
@insp_mission_number must be included within double quotes. Though, this doesn't solve the problem.
About the SQL injection, how can it be done here ?

thank u, it really helped ...
But I have a tiny question plz
is there a way to perform this task by manipulating the C# auto generated code (when dragging a dataset item into a from). I want to make use of the auto generated code to avoid lots of code writing
