Though I'm not sure whether it'll work or not (don't blame me), I can devise a way. Just try it. And let me know whether its works or not.
Assign a ID to your MasterPage Form [ie. <form runat="server" id="TestForm">]
Now use this form in you content form instead of creating a new one.
[ie. this.Master.FindControl("TestForm")]

You can send the 3 files (YourForm.vb, YourForm.Designer.vb and YourForm.resx) from your project folder. Then you client will add them to their projects and manipulate as their needs and send back the files to you.

Try to have some essential understanding. It's not my fault.
change the value of @dt to current date in your code. And tell the result to me.
It's datetime format problem. You should understand.
Again a if a task can be done in a simple way then why should we think of other ways?

Thanks, Tim Corey for your quick response. I agree with you. But one question, as I have two options - first is, generating one result set and use it in code [probably to generate other result sets], and other is using loop in SQL and generate multiple result sets. But my question is which one is better?
Thanks again for your quick reply.
