Few tweaks as for one I'm in VB.NET but thanks phil.o that seemed to have worked!

Your query now seems right as the SelectedText option will output as a string. What do you mean by:
"debugging the string + cmbPartNo.SelectedText + through this statement"?

On which event does the query run? When you click a button or on Form_Load?

I'm getting this error on the print preview of the report during debugging:
Data retrieval failed for the subreport, 'rptSubOwnership', located at: HWReportView.rptSubOwnership.rdlc. Please check the log files for more information.
^ Does anyone know where these 'log files' may be?

I've seen how to do it in the interface, but I'd like to script it so I can:
1. Understand it better
2. Add multiple users quickly
If you have any ideas on this it'd be greatly appreciated

I'm guessing that because there are multiple timers running at once, there needs to be some sort of external function that pauses ALL timers? I don't know whether its possible but it should be!

Hi, I have integrated that into my code and it does not pause the cycle.. Is there anything else that should be considered?

Well if the user clicks into the input, the cursor will appear at the point where the user clicks, I would like the cursor to automatically jump to the start, so that when the user starts typing, the value text automatically clears.

Hi Joan, if the string is not always in that format, do you have any suggestions? For example, if I could search for the Pound Sign first, and if it exists, get rid of it, if it doesn't exist, then save the string how it is?

I'm doing that and I'm getting a MYSQL syntax error:
/* SQL Error (1064): You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '.username FROM events events INNER JOIN tbl_users tbl_users ON (events.user_' at line 1 */

Hi Dhol and thankyou for your reply, at the FROM part of your answer, you have put "Table 1 T1". What do you mean by "T1"? Or would I put the first table name twice?
