Hello I just wanted to thank you guys for sharing your knowledge on my questions. by the way, I was able to solve the problem. I have converted my sending of messages using PDU format and I can properly insert Tilde "~" character. Thanks.

I still can't get the correct code. I've tried "\x07E" and different hex value but still missing on my SMS. my intent is to receive the "~" value.

the tilde was encoded as a string. just like this "this~is~my~message".
but it appears missing when about to receive on any mobile phone.

there is no error on my application/debugger. the ~ sign is just missing when the receiver/mobile phone received the message with ~ sign.
example: I've encoded "~test sms". then i will only receive "test sms".
