i am doing this in c# asp.net , we can do it through using loop function but this is not a correct logic cause if there will be more user loop will take time to calculate commission, so i need some other logic please help me.

I can calculate this by using loop but this will take more time to calculate if there will be thousand of user i need some other methods to calculate this.please help me.
